Breaking And Entering

An architect re-evaluates his life when his office is repeatedly broken into. Director Anthony Minghella and Jude Law collaborate on their third film together: a romantic drama involving love, honesty and trust. Law’s relationship with Wright Penn is already strained, partly due to her behaviourallychallenged daughter, when he falls for a Serbian refugee (Binoche), whose son is the burglar pursued by Law. Her motives for the affair are on behalf of her son; his are driven by a desire to escape from the strain of home life. But nothing will be the same afterwards.
